For our high production work we utilize our MITSUI SEIKI Machining Center Model HU40A with 400mm square pallets. Numerically controlled with all standard equipment and features including: Automatic Tool Changer, Automatic Pallet Changer, and high production capability for drilling, boring, tapping and reaming.

For our large work we have a YCM TV 188B.

We have two Fadal VMC 4525’s. They are designed for machining larger parts. With this machine the long and big parts can be easily loaded on the table from the front or side doors. The VMC 4525, with XYZ travels of 45" x 25" x 24" and 53.5" x 25" table, is a robust machine with heavy cast iron construction, a high torque spindle, that reduces cycle time for heavy cutting operations including steel. The VMC 4525 features heavy cast iron box ways, which provide large surface area contact for maximum vibration damping and rigidity. The hardened and ground box ways utilize virtually friction-free non-metallic liners on all gibs and way surfaces to ensure consistently closer tolerances for more years of heavy machining.
